Further, I showed Nova Credit near perfect credit and a bank account with enough liquid USD to cover my rent until I’m dead from old age and they still require a co-signer. What an absolute joke of financial services company.

The experience was great due to their representative Kasey providing step by step instructions in order to complete the income verification. The website is a bit clunky but was able to get it done.
