An invaluable service for expats
I am very selective about writing reviews, but I feel this deserves it. As someone with a perfect credit rating in the UK (I promise I'm not gloating - I write this for context), to be confronted with starting at zero in the US was a hard pill to swallow. It's extremely demoralizing to be denied credit and have no apparent way to rectify the situation. I had to consider just how long I'd have to depend on someone else. Moreover, it poses the question: how will I ever find a way to begin building credit? Any mortgage fantasies seem a long way off. Thank you NOVA credit. The process is incredibly straight forward and you have provided an invaluable resource for people like me. Side note for anyone considering this: don't guess your financial history questions when signing up. Make sure you explore your home country Experian account before making an application. If you mess it up, you'll have to wait 30 days. I wish I could say that didn't happen to me. :)
