I loved the idea of giving them your preferences. I had to answer quite a few questions about my likes and dislikes. I received my box and liked a couple of the scents. They really don't last very long on the skin. It's mostly alcohol in the sprayer. I thought I'd give them another chance, and changed up all of my answers on the quiz. I got a box with 100% of the exact same samples as the last time. The quiz and your preferences are just for show. They really don't care what you want.

I took the quiz and was sent four different scents. I liked them all, but one of them gave me a headache. They sent a card that said a “special gift for you” with two codes. A free $25 credit and the other a free travel spray $60 value with any full-size purchase. I scanned the QR code and tried to buy online. I tried both codes but I did not meet the eligible count of items I tried to buy from my laptop and got the same result. I was ready to order a fragrance from this company since I like two of them, but I don’t understand why they would send me a card with a QR code with false discounts

I bought several full size and travel fragrances and loved them but then when my husband bought one they sent a mislabeled bottle and then didn't fix the issue after we contacted them. It's really unfortunate because I thought I'd found my signature scent and now I don't believe the company is reliable enough to ever purchase from them again.

Expensive samples!!! Out of the 17 I REALLY liked only one of them...841 is awesome. But the price for a full size bottle is @$150!!!!! I did have a coupon for $60 off (that should have been a clue)...and I applied the code in the promotion code area, hit send but it never priced out at the discount. I had to contact them and the said they would refund my $60 to my credit card. At $60 off, my bottle cost $80!!! I do love this 1 fragrance, but I can buy Marc Jacobs or Lancome, etc for far less money. As much as I love 841 I doubt I want to spend $ 150 for another bottle. My hubby likes it too. A lot! The other scents were all very "loud" scents that remind me of that ONE lady that always runs around gagging people with her offensive perfume. There was one other one that was "okay" but not ok enough for $150.

Fail. Complete fail. The samples all smelled very similar and not in a good way. They smell very cheap and I’m sure they are the most I expensively made scents you would ever find. I wrote to customer service and they offered to send more samples. Again, a fail. One sample would not spray, another was broken and the remaining two were, again, just horrible. I notified customer service and they said they were sorry. End of story. I requested a refund and they said they don’t allow that after they sent two sets of samples. Well, I am an idiot for thinking this might be money well spent and that it wasn’t a scam. Hope I learned something. I wish I had read TrustPilot prior to sending them my money.
