Received scents 551 and 743. Both made me nauseated. Only used them once. Contacted customer support about returns and they require pictures to show how much is used from bottles. Sent pictures THREE times, to be told that I can’t return items bc they didn’t meet criteria. CLEARLY, the bottles are completely full. Terrible customer service. Will never order from here again.

I am trying to return a full size bottle of perfume, and the "bot" is giving me a hard time. Tells me that I need to take another photo of the product to prove how much is in the bottle. I have already done this twice and they are asking again. If they sent me a "minimally used" product, then they should be responsible for the whole thing. I sprayed one spray of the product and realized I ordered the wrong one. It doesn't help that I am struggling with this return but they are charging me for a restocking fee. The perfumes are great but WOW - CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS SUCK !!!

Advertising and checkout indicated it was a risk-free/no-risk purchase but upon receipt and dissatisfaction, I’m being told to pay to return the items or pay even more to receive perfumes. None of the samples I received were good and were nothing like what was advertised. Why would I want more? After trying to talk it through with someone, I’m getting auto responses with no acknowledgment of my messages. Definitely beware of this possible scam.

I only liked one of the notes they sent me. The rest smells cheap and generic.

I never received the product. It says delivered April 2nd. My husband works from home and I am a SAHM. We live in a house with no shared mailboxes and have security cameras that show it was never delivered. People aren't made of money and in this economy if someone chooses to spend their hard earned money on a product it really should be delivered. It's a week after they said it was delivered and it's still not here.

Noteworthy, but not in a good way. If you want to smell like the hair of a teenager who's trying to cover the cigarette smell as she exits the high school lavatory, you'll be very happy with scent #743. Cheap, sweet, cloying, and did I say cheap? Gack. A similar review for scent 290. 818 is a slight improvement, but smells like the binding of a magazine from the 90s before all the perfume ads drop out. 841 could do battle with any one of my son's Axe scents.
