Practice Test did NOT prepare me
The practice test did NOT prepare me well for the actual State Test. The simple 1 sentence questions on the practice test allowed me to finish the practice test in 7 minutes with a 93%. The actual Secretary of State Test had longer, more complex questions that took much longer to read and process before answering. It took me almost 50 minutes to finish the actual State Test and I’m not confident that I passed. Plus, I encountered some questions/scenarios on the actual test that I did not see in the online class.

We are sorry to hear that you did not feel prepared, the entire course (not just the short practice) contains the necessary information to pass the State Exam. The course is fully reviewed and licensed by the California Secretary of State's office for that purpose.

I do not feel I was adequately prepared…
I do not feel I was adequately prepared for the test. The bulk of questions were regarding fees and penalties, which was only covered in the last section of your course.

Every single slide hade typos making it…
Every single slide hade typos making it difficult to follow the Instructors voice. Due to the misspelling or the missing letters or the missing words it was difficult to even take the test I I contacted the company in my account was referred to IT however nothing was resolved by the time I was taking the test

The class was easy and easy to…
The class was easy and easy to understand but it did not teach to the test. I was shocked at the question on the test that I did not know.

Thanks for letting us know, we are surprised to hear that as our entire curriculum is based on the CA Secretary of State information documentation that we are required to teach and has been approved and updated annually by the SOS. We would love to know exactly what question was not covered. Thanks!

Not a very thorough course...
I'm still waiting for the results, but I found myself seeing questions that were not discussed in the course. I feel the course did a poor job of preparing me for the exam.

I thought the program was too simple
I thought the program was too simple. I would not have passed using only your program.

Outdated
Course had a lot of glitches. Information about new fee that can be charged was included in course material but was not updated on the quizzes and tests.
