Covered the material - however, some of the material was carelessly put together and/or inadequate. The text of the narration on at least one page (maybe lesson 3 or 4) was from a totally different class -- obtaining a driver's license, I think. The oral narrative was fine, but didn't match the written. One legal issue in unit six: The penalty for falsifying a deed of trust which is up to $75,000 arises in connection with a residence of one to four dwelling units. Somehow, this was re-iterated into the screen graphics as a "residence with four bedrooms" (!!) - totally mis-stating the law. I'm an attorney, and was somewhat amused. But the course got me through - held my interest. Hopefully the results won't take too long to come from the Secretary of State.

The content was up to date but a lot of the sample questions had old information and were incorrect. I would think you would make sure to have training material be correct.

I have tried to contact them three times. they do not respond to emails

The fact that you couldn't go back and review the first units was frustrating. I paid for the course and therefore should have had access to all units at all times, even after passing the test.

I feel the classes were easy to follow, but the way things where taught was way different than the actual test. I knew the material I studied very good, but the actual test was extremely different from the way it was presented in the classes. The classes gives you facts to remember, the test gives you a scenario and you need to figure out the best response. I wish the classes were more scenario based to help you think in that mode. Then you're better prepared for the test. Btw, I did pass, but barely!! whew!

Some portions of the class were too long and too complicated. I was looking for something that was easy and light. Something that could be done quickly and then move on.

Information was well presented and easy to navigate the site but I did not feel well prepared for the exam and had to do several hours of self-study.
