easy to access the class info would like more sample tests to work on after completion and before my test date

I think the course was good, I won't really know until I take and pass the exam next week though! I feel well informed, but I was unable to get help - on line support- when I had a question about accessing the course materials after I completed the exam on line- I would like to review or even retake the course before the test- I think I'll be able to, but can't figure out how- as when I go back in, I only see my final scores on my quizzes. This course really held a ton of information though, so my notes should get me a good score when the test date comes!!!

Everything was explained very well and I learned a lot. The only problem I had was moving on to the next course. I had to try over and over to get to the next study course. All in all it was very educational.

Good content. Fairly well organized except for a few sections seem to skip or repeat which may be a glitch. You could really use an English scholar to review your content as it is not only overly wordy (perhaps this is to hit a specific time allotment required) but also poorly written. There are multiple incidents where it repeats almost verbatim as previously stated. If you need to continue to stress an important point you may want to consider stating it a different way, rather than just repeating the same thing over and over again. This class content could have filled half the time with some creativeness, allowing more time for additional content that may be useful.

Site was difficult to maneuver. Could not ever save and exit. Very frustrating.

Very Good online course to do the necessary training to update commission.

I had studied the handbook prior to taking this class. The quizzes and chapter tests were very easy to answer. I can not say that they did not help to prepare for the actual exam, however, they were simple and straight forward compared to the exam questions.
