Need to add more information or samples from notary booklet

The class was easy to follow but getting a hold of the company was challenging. When you call, it says it's a driver safety class (or something like that) and I wasn't able to speak with anyone until I tried calling two days in a row. I also tried sending an email to the email address that the website instructed me to use, but never received a response. Once I was able to connect with someone, they were very helpful and took care of my issue right away.

The sections on misconduct are a little disjointed and confusing. Would be helpful if there's a better way to categorize/organize the charges with the possible fees. Seems like the information is just spread all over the place. I think sections 5 and 6 need to be reworked and restructured.

The program was very informative and easy to navigate. The problem is that once you complete the units and take the quiz's you can't return to redo all the test that you have completed. Other wise it would be 4 stars with the possibility of 5 stars but the state exams are on hold for now and unable to take the quiz's for practice.

Works ok most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't recognize that I have completed a section. It would start playing that section over again, an I would not be able to skip anything. That happened with two out of the 6 sections, and it also happened when I recently took the refresher course. Extremely annoying, and inconvenient.

The class was excellent. However, it is misleading in that I expected to get the supplies and everything else from you when I passed. I haven't seen any correspondence that communicates that or when I can expect the supplies.

Easy to navigate thru the six units. However, website had some problems when scoring each quiz at the end of each unit.

This was my second time utilizing Notary Class Online. The first time was excellent! I could review the sections repeatedly and practice the quizzes to prepare for the exam. This time, the interface would hang on the quizzes, not allow me to review content and when I inquired about my final quiz, the quiz was released without my passing and forced me into the certificate exam. I could not study the chapters nor practice the quizzes again...I was issued the certificate and cut off. So...I guess I'm stuck working with my handbook until testing. Probably won't use their service on my next renewal. I don't just use the service to simply acquire a certificate of on-line school completion - I use it to prepare for my exam.
