INSTANT education certification, lowest cost and quickly fixed a problem that was my fault....
I've been using Notary.net for the past couple years after comparing prices for required training for my PA Notary commission. It's very thorough and the test has all the info you need for day-to-day notary work. If you've been a notary for a while, it's a great refresher. But since I've been a notary for a while, more important to me was cost, ease of completion and getting your proof of education documents quickly. And in all those categories Notary.net wins! Notary renewals are every four years and it's easy to miss. I realized on the day it was due that I had to have my training documents. I was a panicked lunatic lol. But no need to worry! I was able to sign up for the course, complete the training and INSTANTANEOUSLY receive my proof of education as soon as the course was completed. Even more importantly, in my panicked haste I accidentally added the course TWICE to my cart, and then paid for both. I emailed the company, received a near instant response and they refunded the overpayment before I even completed the training. And that's how I judge sites. Not just how well they provide the service but how fast can a problem be fixed even when the problem is the customer's fault.. in this case me lol. Notary.net I grade you A+!!! :)
