They are not professional and trustworthy at all. They don’t mention delivery days and their customer service don’t give you the right information. Will not buy from them again whatsoever placed the order Aug 20 and now Sep 18 2026 and still didn’t receive my order and their customer service don’t give the approximate date of arrival

⭐ My FOURTH review about the same unresolved issue with Norvale Club. The clothing I received was completely different from the photos in both material and quality. After I complained, the solutions offered were honestly ridiculous and did not resolve the issue. Fourth review, same problem, still unresolved. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Norvale Club.

Ordered NOR00012230 on August 11 for $79.99. Shipping address was Virginia Beach, VA. Tracking (WX9W080136368026) shows the package was marked delivered on September 8 in Trenton, MI 48183 — a completely different state. I never received the package. I contacted support multiple times. They acknowledged the address mismatch but keep delaying and refusing to issue a refund, saying they are “waiting for the relevant team.”

Do not order! The quality is very poor and looks nothing like the photos. The delivery time is more than 3 weeks, and if you want to return that junk, you first get 4 emails trying to persuade you to keep it, and then you are told that you also have to pay the shipping costs yourself, while they are simply ripping you off with ridiculously poor quality.

Horrible customer service will not refund even if they’re late, won’t refund even if it’s 3 weeks since you placed your order and they haven’t shipped it, long delivery times 4 - 6 weeks whichever the reason for this, I don’t know if any other company that takes so long to deliver clothes. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing or just dip your money in some kind of accelerant and light it on fire, at least then you’d have something to show for it in the way of a nice fire to keep you warm or if you don’t need your money and are willing to wait at least month and a half or two months to get your clothes then this is te company you should buy from. Just save yourself the trouble

Es la peor compra que he hecho de ropa, la calidad ofertada con lo recibido no tiene nada que ver en absoluto. Está hecho para engañar al cliente. El producto no vale ni un 10% del precio de venta. Jmas volveré a comprar en esta web.

This company is a complete scam. Trying to pass off awful quality products as premium quality on their website. Their customer service is terrible and make you spend money on expensive shipping fees to return their items. Please do not purchase anything through them!!
