It's not even worth giving it a star, my son had looked for an outfit for his birthday, I hadn't checked, just ordered and paid. Product came and was tacky, top was silky and an ivory colour, wide necked, not white with navy trousers. Poorly made - far from professional - just been to post office to send it back for a full refund - £33 🙁 won't be sending back. Chances are it's not the right address. Then that would have cost me £75 in total. Why are they allowed to do this? What scum they are.

SCAM , Fake Company. The company is in China advertised as an Australian brand. I just received my jumpsuit, Poor quality product. The fabric is terrible , the sizing is off. The clothes are priced too high, advertised as qaulity clothes not worth half of the money I payed. They did not ship anything until i followed up to ask where my product is. I would not recommend and would never buy from this online shop ever.

Whilst other people have complained about the quality of their good, mine never even arrived despite numerous attemps at contacting them.

0/5 - On 10/9/26, I placed an order with Norvale for clothing for my husband. When I first followed up on 20/9/26, Norvale emailed to say that all items had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. However, the tracking number showed no details. I then followed up daily, and each time they said they were “checking with their shipping department.” On 7/10/26, they suddenly claimed there was “conflicting information” and said the order was still being processed and had never been shipped. When I asked for a full refund, they refused, saying the order was in the “fulfilment process.” Concerned, I looked up reviews of the company and found that many other customers have reported exactly the same experience. I believe Norvale has given me false and misleading information about my order (which STILL has not been delivered) and is withholding my money without good reason. I have now submitted a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Dept - they are a total SCAM

Like a scam bought$70 one set shirt come like a cardboard material refund also cery difficult

-10 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. I ordered 7 months ago.. and all a have is a tracking number that stopped tracking 4 months ago.. they will not issue a refund

Très mauvaise expérience. Site chinois. Délais de réception hyper long commande en juin reçu en septembre. Qualité médiocre alors que le prix est de 40€ pour un ensemble short chemise. Le service client me propose de renvoyer l article en Chine à mes frais j en ai pour 38€ ou que je garde l article et qu il me rembourse 10% C est juste une blague 🙃 Je déconseille fortement

What’s need to be said about this company and the advertiser have been spoken. Utterly rubbish product. I am gg to inform YouTube not to further accept such fraudulent marketer
