Why 30 days? I don’t understand why it takes that long to receive your product.

This is a scam. They take your money, but don't actually send their product. I even got a tracking number, but it never updates. It has been over two months, and my emails have not been answered. You will not get a refund, the product you purchased, or any customer service. The positive reviews are from people who were promised a discount if they put up a positive review within a certain amount of time. (ie: before they realize that they are never getting their item)

have yet to receive the ring but I received a very kind email from the CEO of the company and that is the mark of a great, caring company in my opinion. Their prices are also great for the styles they have. Would definitely recommend.

Do not believe the positive reviews. Made a purchase January 4th and did not get a tracking number until February 16. Since that time the tracking has not updated atvall. No product. Used paypal for payment, however getting a refund, if any, will take forever. Just do not buy from northwrist.

Love the products and have had fast responses from the company.
