the buying process was good up until I tried to use PayPal as the paying method, it wouldn't go through, which is odd. I checked if there was a problem with my account, but everything was ok.

The bracelet is as shown on the pictures, very nice. Shipment to Germany took almost a full month, with the package having a Chinese sending address, a bit long time for my feelings. Especially when I compare this with other shipment I got from China on other things before.
Response from NorthwristSep 20, 2019
Hi Jochen! Thank you for time on sharing your experience and appreciating your ordered item. Usually, country customs may cause an additional delay in delivery and we don't have any control to your parcel since it was transferred to the carrier. Instead, we always keep you updated through email and SMS about the latest status of your ordered item. Your feedback is very important to us. Have a nice day!
