Product took too long to arrive and quality of product is average. The customer service team did respond quickly to my concern about delivery.

The price is good, design is good but just a couple of complains: (1) It took a long time for delivery, although you kept me informed. Delivery time should be shorter. (2) The T-shirt on the photo before my order looks like it is made with better cotton. When I receive it it was very "cheap" thin cotton.

The shirt is lovely. The tracking experience was odd. I got regular updates saying it was in Italy, now clearing customs in Italy and then cleared customs in Italy, ready to ship. I got the last note (Still in Italy) just the day before the item was delivered, which was on July 31.

On one hand I love the shirt at what it says, on the other hand the sizing isn't really accurate.I am A2X all day long and I order from various sites.I order 2X here and it's too tight.I just can't get it on.

Did not arrive by date promised. Material has no care instructions. Fit is unusual.
