Communication !

The two buttons arrived too late to wear. which was very disappointing. We have orange shirts but they are plain so wanted the buttons to show more of our support. The buttons were as seen on the ad for them and came in good shape. Pleased with them.

Love the shirt, my wife loves the sweater. Why disguise that it ships from China. Most closing comes from the Orient. There was no confirmation e-mail, a number of links in e-mails were flagged unsafe by Anti-Virus and some e-mail addresses were also blocked by Microsoft. That leaves you with an uneasy feeling.

Good quality hat. The only thing that I was not happy with was the long wait for delivery.

The price is good, design is good but just a couple of complains: (1) It took a long time for delivery, although you kept me informed. Delivery time should be shorter. (2) The T-shirt on the photo before my order looks like it is made with better cotton. When I receive it it was very "cheap" thin cotton.

The shirt is lovely. The tracking experience was odd. I got regular updates saying it was in Italy, now clearing customs in Italy and then cleared customs in Italy, ready to ship. I got the last note (Still in Italy) just the day before the item was delivered, which was on July 31.

My experience was very good. I was informed at every step of the delivery. To do better you should try to reduce the time it takes. The product il excellent.

I was kept informed of the order progress. The product is as pictured and I hope to enjoy it. However, it was my understanding that the polo shirt was made in Canada, not Sweden.
