The service from NorthShore Care Supply was very prompt. The waterless wash products I have used, and am pleased. However, I was hoping the ATN briefs would stop the nightly leakage. It doesn't. It does hold a lot of urine, but my husband and the bed are still soaked.

I received exactly what I ordered. Haven't followed up on my returns. I called regarding those returns and was treated well by the woman with whom I spoke. I returned what was too large and asked for a credit. I'll guess I received that, but the reason I am not ordering any more is that my wife, who needed them died. I find this survey an unnecessary reminder of my wife's daeth and wish you had not sent the survey. As long as you brought it up, would someone follow up with me by email to confirm my returns were credited to my credit card account.
