I'm still shocked at there customer service. To say the least a+

I had to make a change at the last minute and called Northshore to get it changed. They did it quickly and efficiently. My only regret is they don't have free shipping on complete cases as some other sites do.

I truly love the purple pads as my hubby had a stage 3 decube and we had worked forever to heal it but with the pads they kept the moisture away and now we count our blessings that it is healed!

All the items ordered were of high quality, fast shipping too.

I highly doubt I will buy from here again. The prices I thought were way to high and was not up to my expectations of the level of service they so commend themselves on. I can go to other businesses and get the same product cheaper and with free shipping. Which to me is what I look for, especially when it comes to buying adult diapers. So I just want to say that i'm very unimpressed with north shore care supply!
