The pricing and products are really great. Their customer service team really cares about your experiences with their products and with the ordering process. Their exclusive Northshore Supreme Briefs are really top notch as well, both in absorbency and comfort.

My products arrived as described fast and without any issues.

I am not the caregiver but Tranquility was requested by the actual home my husband is in. NorthShore price is better than the one quoted by his care givers that they wanted to order for me. Also like the fact that you have coupons, which I hope to get and use on my next order.

Pads are the best thing for my needs. Only problem, the adhesive does not extend to the edges of the pad. WHY NOT?
Response from NorthShore Care SupplyOct 27, 2014
Thank you for your feedback and product inquiry. The adhesive does not extend all the way to the edges because it's only there to assist with keeping them in place during use. Because the adhesive does not contribute to the effectiveness of the way the product works, we've only added as much adhesive as is needed to help secure it in a disposable undergarment. Hopefully this answers your question, but if you would like any additional questions answered please call one of our care experts at 800-563-0161. We're here to help! Thank you for being a valued customer!

Their orders are always delivered as promised........sometimes sooner than expected. With my last order I received a free sample of a new product that would possibly make my care better.
