I purchased the Gary cover up. I was optimistic that this would be the answer to the never ending washing of bedding. Unfortunately they were not. $30 for a product that does not contain anything. So glad I only purchased one to try out first. However, when contacting NorthShore they were helpful and kind and I will most likely visit their site again. I have to say many of the parents in my parent group have the same issue with their child soiling through diapers, pads, etc. so unfortunately for the makers of this product I will be sharing my experience. When you have a special needs child we spend lots of $ for their needs so $30 for plastic pants is pricey for many of us but would have been well worth it if they worked. So for this mama the search continues.

I've just recently got a case of the Supremes XL and they have amazing absorbency and wicking all through out the diaper. Shipping costs are a bit strange because most other places add the shipping into the main prices of the case. But the case arrived almost the next day after I ordered it. Adam (the owner) has been on two different forums I read answering questions. You just don't get that kind of customer service. Keep it up Adam!!!

So rare is it that any product or company deserves a 5 star ratings, that I immediately discount those reviews upon seeing them. in this case, I feel that North Shore does indeed deserve the five stars that I gave them. Although I have dealt with my condition for many years and therefore do not need much in the way of support, when I've had a question here or there, the staff were right there to answer them. Prices are competitive and shipping terms are absolutely fair, but there are two bug factors that keep me coming back. First, they have a wide variety of products. This is important to consider, as there are product improvements are being made all of the time. The ability to select things which are most appropriate for various situations, as well as find new ones that may perform better, is key. With the exception of house brands, the products they carry are available elsewhere, but comparing those different products was a serious hassle, and more effort than I was willing to put in most of the time. Now, it's pretty easy. Although I have become comfortable with my condition over time (seriously, it's not _that big of a deal), I routinely finds that people working in healthcare often do not have that same comfort level dealing with patients and customers. My experience has been just the opposite with Northshore. There, it is possible - easy, in fact - to have meaningful discussions and address concerns without that same fear of discomfort. I've been simply treated as a person. Perfect. Thanks to those who have been so helpful to me. [On a side note, the company has recently released a couple new products of their own. I am particularly impressed with both the prices and performance of their newest briefs, as well as their range of boosters. Ridiculous as it may seem to mention, they completely exceeded my expectations, and their availability has now changed how I plan to handle my issues. Nice work.]
