The online site is very convenient and includes many products that are not available in stores. The costs are a bit higher than store brands for those things that are available in stores, but for the ability to purchase special products, the site can't be beat.

I ordered the new diapers that were recommended. They have only one tab on each side instead up two that were included in the sample I received. With any amount of movement, the tabs completely tear off the diapers during wear. Apparently they are poorly attached. It does not matter that the diapers are designed to hold more liquid than the ones I was using if they will not stay on him! Not going to order these again!

Unfortunately I need Incontinance products. Being on a limited income, every month I'm struggling to stay dry. There are very few places to buy what works for me and I have zero help financially for something necessary to my quality of life. Frustrating.

Great service, quality products. Some items a little pricey but over all fair prices. Shipping costs can be expensive.
