This was the first time I've shopped for these items, and it was because of a really bad cold that I've had that has an awful cough. I was pleased that they help protect my clothing and furniture so well, especially overnight if I'm seized with a sudden coughing/sneezing fit! I am a large person, and although the size I bought is somewhat big for me through the hips, it covers well. I will likely purchase these again for use at other times.
