I have ordered from this company for several years for my father-in-law. They are very efficient to get your order to you in record time. Ordering on line is no problem to accomplish.

I am new at having to order youth pull-ups. My daughter is a bed wetter and has recently passed up the available sizes that can be found at the local markets/stores. I was looking online at the available options. I contacted NorthShore and asked if they offered a single sample so I could see if the one I was looking at would fit my daughter. They answered my request so quickly! They were happy to send me a sample. I was so pleased, but even more pleased when I received the package, super quick I might add, and they didn't just send 1 sample but 4! Two samples of 2 different options! Will definitely be ordering from them!

After extensive research on the net, I found the product my father needed and found that NorthShore carried a good selection from Abena and others. It was easy to use their website to ensure that I was ordering the right product and size. The delivery was quick and the shipping was reasonably priced. My father is very pleased.

Order filled promptly, but delivery a little slow -- perhaps due to bad weather.

My cognitively challenged son is incontinent at night, and NorthShore has been instrumental in finding a solution for his growing needs (he is now nearly 6' tall, and makes a lot of urine overnight.) They have sent samples, given advice, and are always friendly and patient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The underpads are just the right size. The only thing is the fact that the top layer isn't connected to the rest except around the edge. It would be better if it had a way for the top layer to adhere to the rest.

I first ordered the Abena Abri-Flex Air Plus Pull-Ons, Extra, Medium M3, Pack/14 - and loved them! They were very comfortable, dry, extremely absorbent, didn't sag, and stayed up. A couple weeks later I received a free sample of the NorthShore FlexSupreme Underwear, Medium. I enjoyed the fit, the absorbency (although doesn't hold as much as Abena) was very good as was keeping me dry. I figured I'd order a case of them and try them out long term because I'd be saving a few dollars. I have been using them for a few days now and have noticed that, while comfortable when dry, they tend to sag a lot more after a wetting than the Abena's and don't hold as much liquid. I only saved a few dollars per case while receiving a larger quantity (16 as opposed to Abena's 14) but next time around I will purchase the Abena product; in my opinion it is a better designed, superior product.

Company has an excellent selection of products and provides excellent services. They are worth doing business with on a continuous basis.
