good product, fast service

I have an older female dog that will go to the bathroom on the floor. The puppy pads were not doing what they were suppose to. Some one mentioned the incontinence pads that are washable. I am very happy with them. Nice and thick.

When using your measurements guide, the product I ordered, when just held up to the waist, came down to my knees. Equally so, in a pack of 15 pads, one, when taken out and held up went from under the breast bone, around to halfway up my back...I'm 5'7' tall. None of it usable. But North Shore would not take any of it back - even the 14 still packaged pads, though nothing had even been tried on...just held up to my fully dressed body. The only thing I hadn't opened was sent back immediately. Out of a $75 order, nearly all went in the trash excepting one item that could be returned which was a multiple and unopened. How can anyone know if something is right, or even what they ordered, w/o opening it? I'll never deal with them again!
