NorthShore has been great to deal with. With having a bedridden love one, we have been able to find the majority of our supplies needed to care for our love one at NorthShore. As our love one looses weight we are able to get samples of the next size down on the over night diapers. So we know whether they fit before we buy a case. The only thing I would like to see is free shipping on orders over $75.00 or something in that order.

This is the only company where I was able to find what I needed for a very reasonable price,

I have used Northshore Care for many years now, ever since my husband became disabled. I trust them to deliver quality products quickly, and I have never been disappointed. This company is top-notch!

North Shore is among the best of all websites I have ordered from. It is easy to navigate the shopping= they have indexes and pictures to find what you want. But logistics management is where North Shore shines. With same-day shipping, confirmation and status emails, package tracking and prompt delivery, North Shore does everything they can to prevent your order from being a "no sho"

I found their website to be confusing when it comes to shipping. I paid $85 to have my supplies shipped 2 to 3 days. They came 7 days later. When my wife called to ask why they said that the $14 shipping would have gotten there earlier. Why they even offer 2 to 3 day shipping is beyond me. However the customer service was somewhat sympathetic and refunded $40 of the 85 charge for shipping.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for any confusion and delay that happened with the shipping method that was chosen. I can understand how frustrating that would be. USPS Priority Mail is unfortunately not always the most reliable and most cost effective shipping method. I'm glad we were able to issue a partial refund to you. If at any time you need assistance with choosing the best option to get your order in a timely and affordable manner please feel free to reach out to our care experts at 800-563-0161 and we'll be happy to go over all of your options with you. We're here to help! Thank you for being a valued customer, we appreciate your business very much.

As a caregiver I was searching for something to extend the use of the pull-up underwear of my male client. I tried several before I found NorthShore. The speed at which my order arrived, the ease of use and length of time the booster pads worked was invaluable both to my client and me. I have recommended NorthShore booster pads to others already and will continue to do so in the future. Unfortunately my client has just passed away so I will have no need to place future orders at this time but will keep your information on hand for future use. I wish I had found your product earlier.

My Parents loved the new scale. For a patient with CHF, it is important to weight yourself every day. The scale makes it easy to obtain an accurate weight every morning. Thank you for not only having the best price but the fastest shipping times.
