Got what I ordered in a timely manner.

Shipping fees too high

Each time I place an order, I ask that you give FedEx the following instructions: Leave the parcel at the back door, not on the driveway where it is unprotected. So far, it continues to be left out in the open on the driveway. Once this winter it was covered with 20 inches of snow. Another time it was frozen on the driveway and had to be scraped off. Why can't I have this problem resolved?

Your plastic backed North Shore brand undergarments are amazing. Best value for the absorbency. I requested a free sample of the North Shore brand boosters and was presently surprised to see multiple different samples of their other products. Have been ordering from them for years. Used to order Abena M4's form them but will now in the future be ordering their store brand. Only disappointed that they do not provide free shipping on the North Shore brand like I used to get when I ordered the Abenas. Will order from them again and again.

I ordered on a Saturday and had my shipment on Tuesday! Very pleased with that obviously, and then upon actually trying the NorthShore branded briefs I was blown away at the quality. I have used other, more expensive brands and always found something that wasn't right; on some, the tapes don't hold well; for others, the absorbent material clumps and sags; my prior favorite were great, but the price was substantially more than NorthShore's price. Thank you!

Delivery was fast enough. Other places I've used have free shipping.
