Discreet quick service and good solid products

Called NorthShore Care on phone and received polite, courteous, and quick service. Went online to look at products and called again. Once again the service was top notch with recommendations on product for my use. Product arrived and is exactly what was needed. Will use them again in the future.

I saved my first receipt so reordering on the website was easy. I reordered all the same products. I am so grateful to have them - the male adult diapers, booster pads, and rubber pants because it saves the constant laundering that I used to have to do. Incontinence is very sad when its a loved one and you're responsible for the nightly diapering, but at least there are diapers that work. The first time I ordered, I got great advice from the woman on the phone, and at that point, I was at my wits end, so I'm really grateful for North Shore.

I found the medium Northshore Booster Pads to be an excellent product and a good value. The pads fit well between the internal leak guards of my diaper and adhere firmly. They absorb quickly and then efficiently move additional liquid on to the diaper's absorbent mat, leaving my skin feeling "dry." They extend the time between changes. I highly recommend this product.

You'd almost understand if people at incontinence supply companies weren't really gung-ho about their jobs. Looks a bit different from the customer end of the telescope, where we are very keen on making our loved ones as comfortable as possible. The NorthShore folks gave me good advice, patiently, and enabled me to move to products which my mother (85-year-old amputee) noticed immediately were more comfortable. If the usual store brands of diapers and pads aren't cutting it, try these guys.
