The service has exceeded my expectation.

I ordered these hoping to be able to use them as an overnight bed protector. They are so thin when they get wet it soaks through. The tape does not hold them in place either. I am sorry to say the only real good thing about these is they are disposable. I will not purchase these again.

Since our family is new to caring for an elederly family member we had several questions for customer service. What a refreshing experience to actually speak to someone who knows and understands the product they are selling! Not once did we get the impression the CSR would rather being doing something else! Experience taught us to order only one of the above items. We had the pad less than 24 hrs and knew immediately it was a quality product! The pad is large, very absorbant and a DREAM to use when it comes to moving our mother once she is in bed. You guessed it - we ordered TWO more!

My husband has ALS and I ordered these to use on his bed. They wash great and the material used to make them waterproof is excellent. These are more absorbant then the pads l've used in the past. I would recommend this company to anyone that needed these. Plus I also bought the doublers for babys, which I use now for my daughter. You MUST TRY.
