The website was very easy to navigate and the order was received quickly. I had been shopping locally For the size I needed but had a difficult time finding it. Now with a few clicks I can get what I need!! Thanks NorthShore!!

I ordered a sample packet on Saturday and the sales rep said it would arrive at my doorstep on Thursday. It did! And it came in good condition. The company has been around for a long time and they are 100 percent trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again.

Tranquility briefs are the best purchase I have ever made for my Mother. The product keeps her comfortable and dry through the night. Had difficulty ordering with Amazon therefore had to call NorthShore Customer Service. The customer service representative was professional, sympathetic and friendly. Will remain a loyal customer.

I love these pads. Bought the X-large for my Mom. They are of high quality and very comfortable. She absolutely loves them!

Service is excellent and shipping is fast. However, at $11 per shipment, shipping is high. It would be nice if shipping costs could be averaged across the board and added to the initial price.

No receipt was enclosed. I need it EVERY time so I can ask for reimbursement. Called and it will be mailed to me, but will delay getting my funds back.

If you are looking for a diaper pull-up, I recommend this one. It is soft, fits good and is easy to change when it is wet.

A few weeks ago I started wetting the bed i called your company and I talked to your customers staff and they where so nice and helpful. I was so embarrassed Calling because I was wetting the bed I am only 28 years old. Your company sent out to me a free sample pack of adult brifts and they did the trick they where great. From now on only going 2 buy my adult Brifts from your company.
