My disabled teenage daughter wears these in the pool and at the beach. I have no experience how they work outside of the pool with wetness, but I do know how they work in the water with solid waste --terrific! It holds everything in the diaper without spilling out. They're very easy to put on and take off. Since my daughter is non-verbal, she can't tell me if they're comfortable, but she's never made it a point to tell me they're not. I've bought 4 packs already and will buy again and again.

I just tried the Sepreme Briefs for the first time. I really think they are a super high quality product. I am incontinent and was looking for a night time diaper. This product absorbs quickly and fits very good. The only thing I would improve upon is the lack of a waist band/gathers. The plastic backing is very quiet and could be worn under daytime clothing.

I have used these underpads for at least a year and they are always good. They have great customer service.

My Mother lives in assisted living in another state; being a caregiver 500 miles away is very difficult. When I learned about Tranquility (underwear) products, I asked the director of nursing at the facility to procure the product for my mother. As it turned out, THEIR supplier couldn't/wouldn't provide them. So, I searched the internet and found NorthShore carried Tranqulity products. Couldn't have been more pleased as I'd worked with NorthShore (a few years ago) as a provider for my husband's medical products. Called NorthShore, shared my mother's needs, was advised as to which product would serve her best, what size to buy, AND the CS person who took my order was so kind & understanding. As promised, my mother received her new underwear TWO days later.
