Ease of ordering, prompt service, comparable pricing, availability of large sizes, helpful suggestions and friendly customer service - what's not to like? The website shows a variety of products, and price range.

Am very happy I found your company. Your overnight and daytime both serve my needs well. I am surprised how comfortable they are to wear. Wish you would offer occasional coupons or discounts. Itis not unusual for me to use 6-8 diapers overnight, so it is an expensive endeavor. Also, I do think your basic delivery charge is rather pricy!

From the moment I place my order to the moment it arrives, I have been very satisfied with this company. I did find a little snag the last order when I tried to use the coupon NSC 87 to get free shipping...and then didn't, and I did write it on the order. However, the problem may be that I did not know how to access the coupon service properly.

They are very fast on shipping and if they make a mistake in you order they will make everything right. I will keep buying my supplies from them.

Having been dealing with incontinence for more than a decade, I've been regularly buying online from a NorthShore competitor. I was very pleased with my first experience with NorthShore Care Supply. My order was delivered promptly to my door in discrete packaging and the company also provided samples of similar style products to try. I will be ordering again from NorthShore. Thank You.
