The product came crushed but not opened. The shipping package was broken the tape was broken open or cut. One could easily remove the product from the shipping package. Damage to the shipping package was extensive. No friction with seller.

Good quality of products and selections. I placed my order online. Received email confirmation right away. I also received another email once my order had shipped. All done as promised and very easy!

I purchased these underpads to use as doggie pee pads. The quality is very good and the cost qualifies as a great value. These types of pads purchased at pet stores are of poor quality, thin and not absorbent and the prices are sky high, perhaps because at a pet store, they have a captive audience. Changed packaging without notice. But, after close examination was same product. The Prevail super absorbance with aloe are the softest, most gentle my husband has ever used.
