The NorthShore Air Supreme Brief is the very best I have used to date, although I find them quite expensive (if not prohibitive) for anyone on a fixed income. The wicking and absorbency of this brief, as well as its fit and breatheable side panels, make it about as comfortable as a product like this can be. The recloseable Velcro-like tabs are a big plus, as well. Shipping was very fast, packaging excellent. I would recommend both the product and the company.

The pads are great for my grandmother. Not only do they keep her dry but they help me move her from one side of the bed to the other. The pad are very sturdy and also super absorbable.
