I place my orders via the internet and always receive my order the next day, yet am only charged for regular delivery. I believe it is because they must pack and send my order as soon as it is placed; and they are only one state away.

I tried several of the adult underwear. The one I have now is the best at fitting. However it leaks at times. I probably need a size smaller. This company is very quick a delivering and the representatives will bend over backwards to help you find what you need.

Sizing is off. Medium should be large.

I had ordered a product from NorthShore Care Supply, that ended up being too tight. Since you can't return an open package (and really can't determine fit until it's tried on), I decided to contact them to see if anything could be done (even a small discount toward a different size). What I encountered, was amazing and very understanding customer service. Not only was I helped in figuring out what product would fit best, but I was also told that they would send a bigger size at no charge. The gary brief was the only thing (used in combination with disposables + booster pad) that has kept my son dry at night. Great product + great customer service = WIN I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service, which is really as important as having such a wonderful product.
