Best fitting, snug but not tight. Very secure tapes, best so far. Little crinkle, barely noticeable and completely gone with a diaper cover (would prefer just a bit more crinkly). The adsorbtion and wicking is incredible, holds the entire day in two diapers where others would take four. So while one may think these are "pricey", they are far from it.

The great people at North Shore is the key. They have a good selection of quality products at a reasonable price, shipping and deliver are as good as they come. I am proud to say I have had great experiences with NS. They make my job taking care of my mother easy. Best Regards, Melanie Benedict

Easy to order and quick delivery!

In September 2014 I began looking for adult disposable underwear for my Mom. The products my sister and I were purchasing at our local discount stores were just not getting the job done. I started researching other products on-line and found NorthShore Care Supply. The products I was interested in was Tranquility OverNight Pull-Ons case/56 and Tranquility TopLiner Super Plus Booster case/48. I then called the customer care line and talked at length with one of their highly trained customer service agents. We discussed my mothers needs and she confirmed that the products I was looking at would be appropriate for her. I can't say enough about how wonderful NorthShores' customer service agents are! Since that first order I have always received excellent customer service and have never been rushed. I generally receive the products within four working days after my order is placed. Purchasing on-line is made very easy through their website. We are completely satisfied with these products and mom is significantly more comfortable. We order the OverNight Pull-Ons for both day and night use, however DayTime Pull-Ons are also available but mom needs the extra coverage. The only downside I have found is that NorthShore does not offer free shipping unless you order 10 cases or more. I have been able to receive free shipping by taking advantage of purchasing a featured product. When you purchase a featured product shipping charges are waived for the complete order. I have only had to pay for shipping once since my first order by taking advantage of these offers. I absolutely recommend NorthShore Care Supply, their customer service agents and their products.

The 2x fit very well, and are very absorbant. I have no complaints about this product.

I had a great experience with all items ordered. As a first time user, it would be helpful to better understand what each product does and related products to help me select what works best. Still trying to get belted diapers for my 90 year old father who desperately needs diapers he can easily undo on one side to urinate and then re-close. He has a cerebral injury which makes his motor skills awkward, so he cannot snap or hook buttons and is in a wheel chair. I've ordered quite a bit of merchandise recently and a promotional code for these items would also be helpful.

I could not be happier with my Gary Wear pull on water proof briefs. They work great and fit good. Only leak once in a while. If only I coukd find a heavy volume incontinence brief to go under them.

I believe that the underpad, to protect the bed for invalid persons is the most protective, absorbant and made of the highest quality in materials. I highly recommend it for those who care about their loved ones.
