NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

The associate who took my order was extremely helpful, fully knowledgable of the products available, pleasant, caring to my situation and need..and quick to place my order whi h I received in 3 dsys!!.such a rare find!! Thank you!!

I was referred to North Shore Care Supplies from my Urologist in Cincinnati. I was looking for a product similar to the one I was already using and accustom to wearing which was the Abena L4 briefs. The NorthShore brand product was very similar to the Abena brand except for bulkness and the amount of noise that is created once you start using the product and wearing them. I will say that the North Shore brand brief was white in color, very wide and really absorb compare to others brands I've tried in the past. Besides cost and shipping - I will say that my experience was a positive one.

The order arrives so fast and with busy lives when we forget to order it is a life saver that the product arrives so quickly. I never have to worry about running out of what I need because of Northshore's excellent customer service.

Fast and easy.

Excellent service people answering phones are very pleasant, patience and professional. All orders are of high quality thank you.

Northshore Care's website is very easy to navigate, products are sold at reasonable prices and the shipping is quick and confidential. I have ordered with Northshore Care numerous times before and will continue to do business with them.

I have been able to get anything that I need for incontinence in a relative short time from Northshore Nd I recommend them to anyone who wantfast and accurate service.

I have been supplied with samples of products that seem to fit my situation. I have had discussions with at least two employees who gave me their recommendations of what product would be best for me. I am still evaluating them and will probably order one or the other. Great service.
