Product was misleading. I have no rinse shampoo. Glad that I did not purchase large container. This product was not advertised as shampoo. I was looking for something to hEli with odor control

I would like to purchase washable bed pads that are WIDER so that they reach BOTH SIDES of my twin bed ( an additional 4 inches.)

In several orders, all went well. Only one glitch, and that was when my computer was in the shop for a couple days. When I got it back, I checked on my order , and the status said it was still processing. Hmm...that didn't sound right. So, left after hours message, received reply next day, order was on time, but confirmation had somehow gone awry. Received order next day, no problem. A little hiccup. This is my go-to company for these kinds of supplies.
