had to return for larger size but they approved except I had to pay for return package

NorthShore promptly ships my order and I appreciate that. This company has always done a good job with everything I have ordered from them. Tena needs to improve the Day-Plus Pads yellow as they are not very absorbent. The pads need to be lengthened out in the middle to better fit inside underwear. It would, also, help if the pads had self-sticking adhesive at the front and back to get them to stay put and not bunch up. They do work well as a liner behind other pads for those times when bathrooms are not readily available for frequent changes. For that reason I may buy more. Again, NorthShore provides excellent service and are concerned with customer satisfaction.

The y adult diaper preforms as advertised the only issue we have id the mediums are a tad to small and the large are too big but that is not enough of a problem that will keep us from reordering them .
