I thought of trying the NorthShore Care after my former supplier XP Medical did away with 2/3's of my usual cases of diapers I would order. So far I like the service plus the free samples to try.

The website was easy to navigate and packed with enough information and customer reviews that I felt very confident in my online purchases from Northshore. The few times that I chatted online with their customer service personnel was very pleasant, they are friendly and helpful with answering my concerns, and even sent me free diaper samples in my size to help me with my final decision. When I did, finally, make my purchase, I was able to easily setup autoship myself, so I would never run low on diapers and other necessary products. When my orders arrived from Northshore, they were shipped in nondescript, plain brown cardboard boxes for privacy, although I wished that they had double-boxed the last order I received because the shipping box was damaged and the top was open - the contents clearly exposed to everyone, but undamaged. Regardless, I would definitely recommend Northshore to others, and I will continue being a valued customer.

Arrived in a timely manner. Received an e-mail from NorthShore requesting feedback. Using water, I tested one before I put the pads on my parents bed. They absorb, and water did not seep through to the other side. On the down side, the pad tends to come up around you some as you turn in bed. That was annoying, and warm. My mattress is high, and when I slid out of bed, the pad slid with me. The fabric isn't a cottony feel like I had hoped. It feels synthetic. There is no tag on the pad(s) indicating fabric content. Last week, I e-mailed NorthShore asking what the surface fabric is, and the percentage of cotton. I have not yet received a reply. Company's level of customer service was as I expected. I would rate my overall buying experience a 3/5.

I suffered a spinal cord injury and am incontinent. I use these so that I can get at least seven hours of sleep a night rather than using a catheter every three to four hours. These are the only brand that I've found that allows me to sleep this long without leakage. The only reasons I rate them as four stars rather than five are they are very bulky, uncomfortable and hot for daytime use in my opinion.
