hi i found my encounter with the people at north shore very nice supportive and willing to help with my problems and not just sell you something to make money the review of the north shore supreme medium brief was at first very nice quality and sticky fasteners but they were a little snug for me they fit my waist fine but the bottom tape doesn't fasten in the same place as the top so it gets taped way back why the top is way in the front its uncomfortable and cause my diaper to be loose and clumpy and leak from the back and side the hip tapes never fit the same as the waist so why are they made the same size the hips are wider than the waist fastener needs to be longer to fit around hips and then you would have a perfect product for me

My order arrived within two days of placing it. It was exactly what we needed. I will use NorthShore care Supply again!

I have so very much appreciated the caring attitude of the customer service people. Very knowledgeable. Free samples very helpful to select best products for my particular needs. Invaluable! I highly recommend. Specifically, the NorthShore pull-ups are super absorbant and comfie. The GaryWear pants held everything in on a 12+ hour trip. And today, held in a bowel incontinence incident with no leakage and no odor! Bravo.

I have used them several times and so far every order has been correct and shipped promptly with no issues. They have good prices. They usually give a sample or 2 to see what else they offer.

The site was well put together and simple to navigate, it shipped out fairly quickly, and got here in a reasonable amount of time. The only problem came from the strange way that the notifications for shipping was set up.

Buying the cleansing lotion was a good move. Daily use of Regular soaps had become too harse for her skin.
