NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

Product as advertised and arrived when expected. I had cover for the sofa but it was nit waterproof. With my 95 German Shepherd aing she has started to have little accidents. I am so glad I found a washable and waterproof product at a reasonable cost so that she ca continue to enjoy her favorite spot.

The product I ordered is of high quality and a lot less expensive than buying at a hospital supplies place. The shipping time is excellent and items arrive in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

I understand the open package terms, but how can you see if the cover fits without taking it out of the package?

I have always had great experiences with Northshore Care Supply products and services. Recently I realized on a Saturday that I will need more of one product than I had ordered , so I decided to use their chat session because I was watching over my patient as she slept so I didn't want to make a call but I needed to put the order so it would get here quickly. I thought that by writing everything out that the sales person on the other end would get it right. I ended up with the right product but the wrong packing size. ugh!!! what a disappointment, I couldn't believe it. Well, I won't be using the chat session feature again. Next time I'll order online as I always have and make sure I get all the product I need the first time. Next review will be on how Northshore handles the return, replacement of the wrong item.

To whom it may concern, I want to thank you for the bed pads that I purchased from NorthShore. I washed one of them today and it came out perfect!!

Item as described and fast shipping! Will order from again.

When I place an order the items are always delivered when they say they will be. They occassionally send samples to try also, that is nice so that you don't have to but a case to try something different.

WELL PLEASED WITH PRODUCT AND DELIVERY TIME IS EXCELLENT..
