I had a very nice conversation with Andy(?) Name correct? He was informative and very helpful. First time I called he answered all my questions and I was happy to have contacted someone who could be so helpful in this new situation with my 92 year old Mom. She has not tried samples yet but it is comforting to know we have samples for when we will need them.
