NorthShore is a company that is new to me and also new to me are the products I need to buy as a volunteer caregiver for two people with incontinence issues, one with bladder problems and one with bowel accidents. I found it beyond difficult all the way to impossible to go to local retail businesses to shop for my two peoples' needs. The customer service rep's generosity in providing a variety of samples to me gave me a wide range of products to try before I take the step of ordering. That really helps. And the other thing that impressed me was the speed from the time when I asked my questions until the samples were delivered to my door.

I always get great service for the diaper inserts for my son. This is the third time I've ordered them online. Fast shipping, tracking number always provided, usually at my house before I realize they should be! The diaper doubler is great. I cut it in half and use it at the front of my son's diaper so he doesn't leak through.

Always first rate shipping times & best product for my needs that I have tried in years. All other high end high cost vendors have gone to fabric like backing that I can't wear. I am very active so the "fabric" tends to irritate my skin so it is not an option for me. Thankfully North Shore still has plastic backed option for me.
