I am very happy with my order, and was really surprised to received my order so quickly. My only concern I have was about the box. It could have had a little more tape to seal it for the size and weight of that box.

We have been delighted to have found Northshore Care. They have been responsive to our needs, punctual on deliveries and very available. They have made caring for my husband easier for me. The products are as described, and I love the samples. They have introduced me to new aids.

Your tracking didn't work/blank had no idea if it was shipped and when it would be delivered. The ordering process wasn't very clear or friendly.
