Great Products and delivered in a timely fashion. Would like to see more discount incentives.

I was dismayed at the size of the box, perhaps a clause about estimated weight would help during ordering. Hopefully, my future orders will be less intense as my journey in caring for my mother full time has not yet begun. I truly cannot carry a weight exceeding 30lbs for more than 100 yards at a time. I would gladly pay extra shipping to limit the size of the box to something manageable - lest you open the package and carry individual contents indiscreetly across a distance. What I didn't pay in shipping, I paid as a tip for a younger person to carry it to my residence from delivery location. I am capable of lifting or moving 50-60 lbs (85 in the case of my Mom), but the demand is usually for only a few feet at a time maximum.

I spoke with a representative because I was not familiar with the products available. I was very pleasantly surprised by the professional, polite, & courteous conversation we had. I received my order in 2 days (amazing), and I am so pleased with the quality. I will not hesitate to order from this company again if need be.

I like the NorthShore Care supply website, It is very easy to navigate. I have tried several products, all are well made. Customer Service is very helpful...they directed me to the Confi Dry Briefs for my mother, which are excellent for her night time use. Their prices are the same and in some cases cheaper than other online supply stores, but none of the others web sites are as user friendly. Will continue to purchase NorthShore products.

All of the people here no the products so they can help you with choices. They have a variety of each type of item you are looking for and therefore, It is easy to make your purchase with them. I've had a purchase that didn't work out the way I thought it would and I returned it and got a replacement that was perfect.
