COUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT ALL MY ITEMS COME IN A TIMELY MANNER AND I ALMOST NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BUT ONE THING I CAN SAY IT QUALITY IS ALMOST ALWAYS GOOD EXCEPT FOR ONE THING ON THE NorthShore Supreme Briefs, Large THE LEG GATHER RUBBER BAND STRIPS ARE NEVER SECURLY ATTACHED TO THE BRIEF AND COME LOOSE AND RUB ON THE GROIN LEG AREA AND CAUSE FRICTION SORES AND CRACKS SO I HAVE TO CUT THE BANDS A LITTLE TO DEVIDE THE RUBBER STRIP SO WHEN IT COMES LOOSE AND IT WILL IT WILL NOT RUB ON THE GROIN AND CAUSE SORES BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE A+ IN MY OPINION THANKS
