shopping is easy and products are great however; the shipping cost should be evaluated, perhaps over a certain amount or for repeat customers. Paying shipping over $7 for every order can be a bit overwhelming.

great customer service but shipping should be free when spending over a certain amount which is pretty standard on the internet. these products are not covered by medicare so very expensive for seniors on fixed incomes but having to spend even more for shipping should be reconsidered.
