I have been using Northshore Care Supply for a few years now and love their products. Specifically the Northshore Supreme diapers and Northshore Champion XD washable underpads. Shipping is quick. I'd like to see larger quantities in their cases though. Overall, I would recommend both product and company for incontinence needs.

The products we purchased from NorthShore Care Supply were received quickly and we are very happy with them. The last purchase was for NorthShore MagicSorb Air Disposable Underpads, 23x36 in., Large, Case/70 (5/14s). These pads are absorbent and they breathe which is important to prevent bed sores and dampness.

Excellent customer service. Friendly knowledgeable real people. Not annoying automated robotic voices. What a pleasure. Their products are excellent and are better than any other company I've used previously. And yes, the shipment arrived on time as promised

Great service, good prices, generous representative was able to send out multiple samples to give a try too. Very much appreciative of their judgement for choosing correct products for me.

The only problem I had was that I tried to ask for x-large samples of your brand of briefs. Instead, I was rudely told that I had already received an extra-large sample and I could not receive another sample or switch out the sample with my order. You know I can go to other sites for my needs but I like your company. The person that replied back to my e-mail is either burnt out or needs time off. Please let me know and I wil pay for the freaking sample. I was not even given a chance to do that when i was e-mail back from your company. Steven Harrell

NorthShore Care Supply products and services are excellent. I am glad I found them. Things ship immediately, arriving sooner than stores that are closer.
