NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

very easy site to use products that are needed

Great price for a great product.

Always have a good experience with North Shore. They are friendly and capable, and the order comes the next day.

Booklet is very helpful, the customer rep on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed working with your company, and like your products a lot.

Quality products and quick delivery

Orders submitted are processed in a timely fashion. Shipping costs are high however. They once offered free shipping. No lnger. After a certain dollar amount they should offer free shipping as other online services do! Usually after ($100.00)

I communicated through the Chat option and all my questions were answered. Several questions I had the person I was chatting with had to pause and look up some details, but came back quickly and with an honest answer.

Product arrived promptly at my brother's home since he's closer to my parents. Size was very close to ones we had, but were getting very worn. Now we have 4 new ones we can just trade off and wash daily if we need to. Thank You
