Fast, reliable services. This is my second summer ordering SwimMates swim diapers for my granddaughter, and I have enjoyed excellent fast delivery and very reasonable prices. I will order again next time!!

Your web site and delivery are good. What I would like to happen is I am trying to find the correct size for diapers, and I can't buy just one to see if it fits, so I have to spend a lot of money for 8 or 10 and then open and don't fit and have to give to charity or throw away . I still am looking for correct size and hope the ones I just ordered will please fit. Thank you. Teresa

Totally pleased with product and fast service

The product line is extensive and more diverse than other companies that I have used. Ordering from the website is very easy. Delivery is faster than I would have thought possible. All of my orders have been complete and well packaged. The only difference between NorthShore and the other vendor I used extensively is shipping costs. The other vendor had free shipping.

The booster pads are a game changer. No leaking even at night. Quick delivery. As the sole caregiver to an elderly parent, I do rely on NorthShore and have nothing but good things to say about their products and service.

Never had an issue ordering from NorthShore - My only point of progress would be if there was a way we could put in our measurements and have Northshore suggest what size per item as to not order a product too small and then not be able to return because the packaging is open. That'd be an amazing feature and I'm sure others would appreciate it as well.
