NorthShore products are excellent. Very good customer service. Staff is very helpful. I have had only one e-mail inquiry that was not returned. E-mailed the same individual twice. Guess this was just over looked by mistake, no biggie. Only real complaint is the shipping cost associated with purchases. Seems high.
